This project is extremely timely and necessary. The most convenient format for today has been chosen — an application for a smartphone. The experience of the project, albeit small, has already shown both its relevance (severe emotional state of many doctors) and its real effectiveness (the application really helps to improve their emotional state). This project needs to be implemented as widely as possible: that such an application will always be useful to doctors, not only during an epidemic.

A smartphone application is a convenient format for a five-minute unloading — hear music, watch life-affirming works of art, perform a relaxing exercise.

Smartphones are always with us nowadays, it is inevitable that everyone eats, lives and sleeps with them. Smartphones share with us both moments of happiness and of weakness. A support tool that is always by your side, simple and convenient — this is exactly what one needs today.

Doctors are always in a situation of colossal stress loads, and even more so now. This project, which provides them with assistance in an accessible, understandable and convenient form, is very relevant.
